Overview

Well control accessories connect and space out the components of a BOP stack and wellhead. Mersal Group manufactures adapters, spools and flanges in a wide range of sizes and pressure ratings, to standard designs or your own drawings.

All pressure-containing parts are produced from traceable material and can be supplied for standard or sour service.

How we work
Enquiry & engineering review
We review your drawings, specifications and quantities. Where no drawing exists, we reverse-engineer the part from a sample.
Certified materials
Raw material is sourced with mill test certificates and verified on receipt by PMI and hardness testing for full traceability.
Machining & threading
Parts are produced on CNC and conventional machines and threaded to the specified API or customer connection.
Inspection & testing
Dimensional checks, thread gauging, NDT and, where required, hydrostatic testing before release.
Marking & delivery
Products are marked, protected and packed, and shipped with a full documentation package.
